Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

 1. Cancellation

 

If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. The cancellation must be communicated via an email or through a phone call.

 

 2. Refund

 

 2.1 Full Refund

 

If you cancel your booking more than 3 days before the scheduled event, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid within 3 days.

 

 2.2 Partial Refund

 

If you cancel your booking within 5 days before the scheduled event, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund within 3 days.

 

 2.3 No Refund

 

No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled event, or in case of no-show.

 

 3. Exceptions

 

Refunds will not be provided for delays or cancellations that are caused by events outside of our control (like bad weather). We recommend getting travel insurance to cover such eventualities.

 

 4. Processing of Refunds

 

Refunds will be processed within [number of days] working days, and will be returned via the original payment method.
